PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE


                                  Jolt – We are here for you



                                  At the time I am writing this message, so many of our members and others
                                  in our community are hurting because of the heavy rains & flooding. Homes,
                                  businesses, vacation spots, lives, all ruined in a matter of hours. Our hearts
                                  go out to you! As we recover from this disaster, please know that Jolt is here

                                  Much progress has been made against the spread of COVID-19. As we
                                  reopen our lobbies on a limited basis to members, specific protocols are
          necessary for the safety of members and staff. We will have a greeter at the door to limit the number
          of members entering at once & advise members on current guidance for masks. Directional &
          informational signage will be in place in the lobbies to ensure proper social distancing. There will be
          clear germ shields at the teller stations and member service desks. Additionally, member services for
          new accounts, loans, and mortgages will be by appointment only. 
          The steps we have taken are considered best practices in what has come to be our new normal. With
          these changes, your patience & kindness to our staff will truly be appreciated.
